IN-PERSON APPOINTMENT PROCEDURE

Starting June 1st, 2020

  • SCREENING
  • Pre-Booking screening
  • You will be asked some screening questions over the phone prior to your appointment
  • Day-of client screening
  • You must complete a screening form before each appointment either online or in the clinic
  • Daily staff screening
  • All Vision Sudbury staff must complete a daily screening form before coming to work
  • PROTOCOLS
  • Masks & PPE
  • Your eye care providers will be wearing masks at all times. You will be asked to wear a mask before entering the clinic.
  • Wait in vehicle
  • You will be asked to wait outside until you are called in for your appointment
  • Physical Distancing
  • Appointment times will be staggered to minimize patient overlap. Please respect your appointment time
  • SANITIZATION
  • Clinic wide
  • Vision Sudbury has dedicated staff members who are assigned to ensure that all surfaces touched by any staff or clients will be sanitized
  • Clinic zones
  • Your provider will be alternating between 2 rooms, allowing enough time for a full clean between each client
  • Hand sanitizing
  • You will be asked to sanitize your hands immediately upon entering and before leaving the clinic
